The HP 12C is the industry standard RPN financial calculator produced by HP. It has been in near continuous production with various hardware revisions since it’s original introduction in 1981.
Ιn 2008, HP revamped the 12C with the release of a new model based upon the ARM architecture. In the community, this model is generally known as the HP 12C+, due to its hardware improvements over the previous NUT based models. Internally this model uses a AT91SAM7L128, the same chip used on the HP 20b and HP 30b.
